Guardian Angel Carers are now looking to appoint a care coordinator to join our team in Godalming. We are growing as a business and as a result now have a great opportunity with full training, somebody who is passionate about care who wishes to progress with a genuinely caring company.

MAIN DUTIES

Organise Care-Angels rotas to minimise travel between clients. Respond efficiently to day-to-day changes in clients care needs and make changes where required. Monitor all relevant aspects of the care management system. Ensure that all client visits are allocated and reflect clients service orders. Ensure all re-assessments are completed in a timely manner and records are updated accordingly. Undertake on call duties as per the office colleague rota. (extra pay)
