Role Overview
The Care Co-ordinator / Field Care Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of care services. You will be responsible for managing rotas, liaising with clients and their families, supervising and supporting care staff, and carrying out spot checks and assessments in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage and maintain weekly staff rotas, ensuring all visits are covered.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, carers, and other professionals.
Conduct initial assessments, care planning and risk assessments.
Carry out spot checks, observations and supervisions of carers in the field.
Respond to and resolve issues relating to client care and staff performance.
Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of care staff.
Maintain accurate records in line with CQC standards and company policies.
Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when required.
Promote and maintain Hedgerow's values of compassion, respect, and professionalism.
