Home Instead offer private care packages to elderly individuals living across Longfield and surrounding area. We are looking for motivated and professional people who would deliver one-to-one bespoke care activities to ensure that the person can remain living independently at home. Home Instead is an inclusive employer. We are recruiting for variety of part-time contracts, to find employment that suits around your life.

• Earn a monthly income on 16, 20, 25 hour guaranteed contract. OR.
• Flexible part-time. Work what you can when you can.

• Earn: \xc2\xa3 12.00 \xe2\x80\x93 13.00 Per Hour
• Paid Travel Time: \xc2\xa310.42 per hour & Mileage Assistance: 30p pm
• Double bank holiday pay rates
• Paid training. Achieve your Care certificate with Home Instead
• One to one, companionship and care services to people in their own homes.
• Minimum of one-hour visits locally

We are seeking to train and hire people who are willing to deliver all services from personal care through to home help to both male and female clients on a one-to-one basis. Activities can include:

• Companionship: ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• Home help for everyday activities and tasks such as: planning and preparing a nutritious meal, doing light housework, and accompanying to appointments or shopping, all the things that make up their routine.
• Personal care: supporting clients with the daily essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming ensuring they can continue to live independently in their own home.
• Specialist care: if a client\xe2\x80\x99s needs change or progress you will receive the training to deliver the person-centred care they need, with confidence.
• Medication: Assisting with administration or prompting of medication.

Home Instead provides all our new carers training in the following subjects:

• Personal hygiene care
• Nutrition and hydration
• Medication administration
• Infection control
• Dementia
• End of Life
• Legislation & policies
• Manual handling & basic life support
• All Carers are assisted to achieve their Care Certificate within 12 weeks of employment.
