You will be key to the smooth running of the home working with the Manager, clinical teams and hospitality teams. Welcoming visitors to the home, you will get to know residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Home Leadership Team and liaise closely with the Manager and Deputy. You will:
Use the staff rota system to manage rotas and time-sheets
Run the staff recruitment process
Conduct 'Show-arounds' of the home.
Facilitate resident admission into the home and keep accurate resident financial records
Ensure invoices and checked and paid
Be part of 'enabling residents to live their best lives'
Liaise with all departments to support efficiency and quality auditing
Requirements:
Experienced administrator, ideally in the Health Care Sector
Compassionate attitude towards residents and colleagues.
Proven track record in using your initiative, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office and databases.
