Care Assistants (Day Shifts 08:00-14:30)

ALL TRAINING PROVIDED

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with residents' individual Care and Support Plans. Support residents with daily living activities including personal care, dressing, and grooming. Assist residents at mealtimes, ensuring their nutritional and hydration needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including tidying rooms and managing laundry. Uphold infection prevention and control standards and report any potential hazards or concerns promptly. Engage residents in meaningful social activities that promote independence and well-being. Administer medication only under appropriate supervision and in line with PH Care Group policies.

Hours of Work

Shift Pattern:

4 ON / 4 OFF (Rolling Rota)

Shift Times:

08:00 - 14:30 (26 hours per week + Overtime Available)
