Campsie View offers a varied level of nursing care - whether this is just assistance with everyday living or more complex care needs for up to 90 residents, situated in the quiet area of Kirkintilloch.

As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP), you'll take on a leadership role at the heart of our care team. This is more than supporting with daily routines -- you will guide others, promote best practice, and ensure every resident receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and individual needs.

What You Will Do

Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring a consistent standard of high-quality care Support with medication administration, care plans, and clinical record keeping Provide hands-on personal care and emotional support to residents Mentor junior staff and support their development Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Experience working in a care setting (minimum one year preferred) Confidence leading a shift and delegating tasks effectively A commitment to delivering person-centred care with compassion Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
