Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. Manage sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all cleaning operations. Assist with residential cleaning tasks such as kitchen cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and general tidying up. Utilize proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials, including carpet cleaning when necessary. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is advantageous. Skills in cooking are considered a nice-to-have for additional household support tasks.
