We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Home Manager, our home is purpose built, independent charity run care home. Ann Charlton Lodge is a warm, welcoming care home committed to delivering person-centred care in a safe and nurturing care environment. The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead our team in delivering exceptional person-centred care. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and monitoring the high standards of care that our residents deserve.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead & manage a multidisciplinary team of nurses and carers, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

*Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each residents needs.

*Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high CQC ratings.

*Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively to ensure efficient operation.

*Build & maintain strong relationships with residents families, and external healthcare professionals.

*Promote a homely environment, ensuring residents comfort and dignity are upheld at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-52,000.00 per year
