About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated
Support Worker
to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, supporting their independence, and ensuring their dignity at all times. You'll help provide high-quality care and assist with day-to-day activities in a welcoming care home environment.Reports To:
Nurse / Senior Support WorkerSkills and Attributes:
A caring and patient nature Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
