Care Hospitality Host / Hostess
12.21 per hour
8am-6pm, working 3 shifts per week
Shifts - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday / Monday, Saturday & Sunday alternating
28.5 hours per week available (including some weekend working)

As a Care Hospitality Host / Hostess at our home, your role may involve:
Providing an effective and efficient food service within the care home and departments, always ensuring the highest food safety standards to residents and visitors.
To carry out the preparation and service of all foods as detailed by way of menu's in the care home areas. To comply with instruction on portion control, presentation and recording all information pertaining to the service as may be required.
To process resident's food requests and assemble meals into suite delivery trolleys.
To be aware of resident's specialised diets and to ensure that all special dietary needs/requests are followed.
Ensure all food served to residents is correctly presented and easily accessible, considering any dietary restrictions that may apply
To prepare the residents area, prior to service
Skills this role requires:
Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest service with a passion for the customer service industry
Ability to find solutions and take ownership for duties and tasks assigned
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment with high standards
Comfortable with learning to use various IT systems on various platforms and devices
Strong communication skills
