You'll be joining a well-established and supportive team with a
long-standing Manager and Deputy
, and a caring, stable staff group who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role
As a Care Lead / Supervisor, you will:
Run the shift when on duty, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork are maintained.
Support, guide, and mentor care staff -- leading by example on the floor.
Undertake additional training to enable you to step up in the absence of the Manager or Deputy.
Work closely with the management team to maintain compliance and uphold our person-centered values.
Work
36 hours per week
, including
every other weekend
Have the opportunity for
overtime
when available.
Be expected to undertake
occasional on-call responsibilities
, with support and guidance provided.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about resident care and continuous improvement.
Flexible, reliable, and confident in leading a team.
Calm under pressure and able to make sound decisions.
Keen to progress within their care career.
Qualifications & Experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
Willing to work towards Level 4 qualification.
Experience as a Senior Carer or in a similar leadership role within a care home setting.
