We currently have an
exciting opportunity
for a Care lead on nights at our Residential and Dementia Care Home,Housman Court
. This 30 bedroom home is located in the heart of Bromsgrove and prides itself in providing the highest quality of care. We are recruiting for a Care lead to join our team and become anintegral part
of our structure. There is a opportunity to further your knowledge in health and social care. We encourage NVQs and like to upskill our team members.Shifts run from 7pm-7am including alternative weekends
Duties will include;
Building relationships with local authorities and health professionals
Maintaining clear and accurate medication records in the home
. Ensure the health and wellbeing of residents
. Build positive professional relationship with residents families and friends
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Provide effective leadership
. Maintain detailed accurate care plans on electronic system
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.97 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
