You'll play a key role in leading care delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of well-being for the people we support.

What You'll Do



As a Care Leader, you will:

Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional care. Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide first aid and respond to emergencies. Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring quality and compliance. Maintain up-to-date care plans and liaise with families and health professionals. Ensure safety, security, and safeguarding protocols are followed. Deliver thorough handovers and ensure continuity of care.
