new children's home
, we are looking for
dedicated Team Managers
to lead our staff, mentor practitioners, and create a home-like space for up to six children in each residence.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading & Mentoring
- Support a team of up to 9 staff, conduct monthly check-ins, and oversee training
Providing Hands-On Care
- Assist with personal care, meals, and structured daily routines
Ensuring Compliance
- Maintain risk assessments, health & safety checks, and This Is Me care plans
Creating a Home-Like Environment
- Help children
feel safe, valued, and engaged
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
2+ years' experience in autism/learning disability support
Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
(preferred)
Proactive, compassionate, and resilient
Creative approach to engagement
- whether it's
face painting, outdoor adventures, or sensory play
