We are looking for a full-time care manager to do day and night shifts in one of our delightful residential dementia care homes. The care manager will lead a care team and report directly to the management team.

We are a family run business that not only continue to invest in the physical environment within the care home, but are also constantly investing in staff growth and development within the company. We have a fantastic team of enthusiastic carers and would love for you to add to the team.

You will be required to assist the residents with all daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, continence, pressure area care and encouraging activities to ensure the residents are stimulated within their home environment. You will also be required to administer medication.

You will be required to lead shifts and mentor junior members of staff.

Work as part of our caring team, following company policies and procedures.

Good oral and written skills are required to communicate with the residents and complete all necessary records.
