About The Role

As Care Manager, you will:

Lead by example, safeguarding Clients and Carers at all times. Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the branch (staffing, budgets, compliance, and performance). Grow and develop care packages while maintaining the highest quality of service. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. Recruit, onboard, and support Carers and office staff. Build strong relationships with Clients, families, external professionals, and the wider community. Provide effective leadership to the Deputy Care Manager, Care Coordinator, Supervisors, and Administrator. Work closely with our Operations, Training, and Recruitment teams to support branch development.

? What We're Looking For

NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards). Proven experience in a Care Manager role (or similar leadership position within the care sector). Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills. A self-motivated, reliable, and flexible leader who can inspire a team. A caring, patient, and professional approach with a passion for high-quality care. Ambition and drive to succeed in growing the branch and team.

Required Criteria



Experience in the care sector. (QCF) NVQ IV in Health and Social Care or equivalent
