Care Manager - Domiciliary Care
We're looking for an experienced
Care Manager
to lead and support our domiciliary care team. You'll oversee care delivery, manage staff, ensure Care Inspectorate compliance, and maintain high standards of person-centred care.Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of care services Staff supervision, recruitment, and training Care planning, assessments, and reviews Ensuring Care Inspectorate and safeguarding compliance
About you:
Previous care management experience (domiciliary preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills NVQ Level 4 (or working towards) Passion for high-quality, compassionate care
