organisation based in East London. This role is ideal for an experienced care professional with a strong background in community-based services for adults with
dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities
, and other complex needs.
As a growing company, we are looking for someone who can bring operational leadership, staff development, and CQC compliance knowledge to support the delivery of
person-centred
care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support care teams delivering regulated personal care in supported living settings.
Lead care planning, risk assessments, and reviews in collaboration with families and professionals.
Supervise and mentor care staff, including carrying out regular supervisions, appraisals, and training oversight.
Ensure service delivery complies with
CQC regulations
, safeguarding frameworks, and organisational policies.
Use digital care systems to monitor service delivery, outcomes, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals, and families.
Respond proactively to incidents, concerns, or complaints with transparency and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a supervisory or management role in adult social care (supported living, domiciliary, or mental health services preferred).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care

Strong knowledge of
CQC Fundamental Standards
, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
Proficiency in care coordination, documentation, and digital record keeping.
