ECL are seeking a Care Manager, known internally as a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the frontline workers in the West Essex Team
The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in West Essex.
You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.
About You
To succeed as a Care Manager, you need:
To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
To have a full driving licence and access to a car
