We are looking for a Clinical Care Navigator to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, patient care navigation and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Patient customer services and care navigation
Prepare systems for patient customer contact.
Participate in embedding practice policies and procedures
Answer and direct inbound calls.
Manage emails and online requests
Maintain visitor logs and security badges.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Attend scheduled training and meetings
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with other reception and administrative tasks as needed.
Make process improvement suggestions when issues arise.
Monitor own performance and seek ways to improve quality and efficiency.
Follow surgery health and safety, infection prevention, safeguarding and governance procedures.
Assume a positive team role & contribute to the spirit & ethos of the surgery.
Typing skills preferable.
