Care Navigator/receptionist
Job Description
We are looking for skilled, part-time Care Navigator/Medical Receptionists to join our team. Previous primary care/GP surgery experience desirable, although applicants with transferable skills will be considered.
We have five part-time permanent posts available, across two sites. The positions are conditional upon flexibility for leave/absence cover. The Practice uses SystmOne clinical system and training is available for users of equivalent systems.
We are looking for individuals who feel that they can quickly settle into the Practice incorporating their skills into our very busy GP surgeries. The Practice's two sites serve approximately 28,300 patients. The successful candidates will be based at either Ireland Wood or Horsforth sites and will be occasionally required to cover the other site.
Full time equivalent annual leave entitlement is 25 days, plus 8 bank holidays per annum. The Practice also runs the NHS contributory pension scheme.
Hours will be per week:
Monday: 0800 - 1230
Tuesday: Day Off
Wednesday: 0945-1815
Thursday: 10:00-17:00
Friday: 1200 - 1815

Pay: From 12.39 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
