Handle general enquiries referring to appropriate person where necessary
Make new, follow-up and triage appointments
Processing online requests from patients (eConsult)
Completing work flow tasks
Responding to emails
Assisting with QOF (Quality and Outcome Framework) training will be given
Assisting with Key Performance indicators training will be given
