Goring & Woodcote Medical Practice is looking to recruit enthusiastic, polite, and highly motivated Care Navigators with good communication skills who would like to join our friendly and hard-working team.

We are looking to recruit part care navigators (receptionist/call-handling) who will be able to work out from both our sites and are able to work between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday.

This is a busy and sometimes challenging job. The role is varied and includes dealing with patients at the front desk, booking appointments, dealing with hospital referrals, answering the phones, changing, or cancelling patients' appointments, supporting the GP's administratively, along with general duties to include data entry, scanning of records, and copying/filing.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, customer-focused applicants. You will need to show a genuine desire to offer outstanding patient communication. This will be face-to-face contact, and phone work at our care navigation hub. You should be confident in working with IT.

Experience working within a GP is preferred.

Flexible hours between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday (variety of shifts available)

Working patterns will include the hours;

1. Monday 13:15 - 18:30, Tuesday 13:15 - 20:00, Thursday 018:00 - 13:15, Friday 08:00 - 17:00 = 25.5 hrs per week

Across Monday to Friday.

Salary From 12.40 ( will be within minimum wage, dependant of experience)
