Your Role as a Care Practitioner

As a Care Practitioner, you will support individuals with a range of physical and mental health needs in their own homes. Every day is different, but every visit makes a difference.

Typical duties include:

Delivering personal care including washing, dressing, bedtime and morning routines Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration Administering medication (training provided) Providing companionship and emotional support Light household tasks to maintain a comfortable environment Following care plans and reporting any changes in wellbeing

Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Full paid training provided, no experience required Must hold a valid UK driving license Caring, patient, and reliable personality Able to work independently and as part of a supportive tea
