compassionate Care Professionals
to support our clients with companionship, personal care, dementia care, and specialist clinical services.Areas we cover:
Betchworth, Brockham, Buckland, Strood Green, Dorking, Pixham, Rose Hill, Westcott, Beare Green, North Holmwood, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Abinger Bottom, Abinger Common, Abinger Hammer, Holmbury St Mary, Mickleham, Pitland Steet, Sutton Abinger, Westhumble, Wotton
What We Offer:
Minimum 2-hour visits with clients (no rushed care)
Flexibility to support work/life balance - Part time hours available
Zero-hour contract - flexible work to suit you
Every other weekend availability required
Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle
Business Class 1 insurance (work-related)
Enhanced DBS check - 50 cost reimbursed after 40 hours worked
Full training provided -
11.5 hours paid after 3 months of work*Matching process - we match you with clients in your area

Pay Rates:
Weekdays
7am - 8pm: 12.69 per hour 8pm - 10pm: 15.20 per hour
Weekends:
Flat rate: 15.20 per hour Sleep-in shifts: 123 (10 hours)
Bank Holidays:
Double pay
Mileage & Paid Travel Time:
40p per mile (between clients) 45p per mile (with clients - outings/shopping) 11.50 per hour (travel time between visits or home/later shifts)
