We are a family run business that provides a combination of personal care, home help and companionship services to clients living in their own homes in the North Devon area. We provide a minimum of one-hour visits, award winning training and an excellent reputation. Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping.

Full training is provided in your first week, followed by regular ongoing support and coaching. This helps build your confidence in what you are doing.

Qualifications

You must have good people skills, be calm and able to adapt your approach to the meet the needs of the clients. A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same.
