As a Care Quality Support Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, fostering a client-cantered approach and promoting continuous improvement within the organization.?
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the care service, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.?
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards.?
Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.?
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for service development and implementing best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, mail, and deliveries.
Essential Criteria:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, clients, and professionals.?
Ability to think strategically and implement service improvements.?
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in a residential care setting
Relevant professional qualifications such as social work, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy, or nursing.?
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing needs and take initiative
