We are looking for a scheduler is to oversee the management of staffing resources to ensure Your Life Your Way (YLYW) care packages are effectively resourced. To manage the clients rotas utilising our access care planning / people planning software and to work in close partnership with departments to ensure safe, effective care is provided to our clients and staff
The role will be based at our head office in Hartford, Cheshire and is part time at 22.5 hours per week. We are offering a competitive salary of 25,836.66 pro rata 22.5 hours equating to 15,502.96 per annum

Main duties of the job
Main Duties
To plan, manage and schedule employee rostering
To accurately schedule resources and review daily work rotas
To effectively match resources to demand and be able to resolve any conflicts to ensure all care packages are fully staffed where they are planned absences within packages
To work in close partnership with the office care coordinator to forward plan rotas, taking into consideration any planned absences within packages
To be responsible for the publishing and communication of rosters to staff and clients, in a timely manner.
To identify areas for improvement and bring them to the attention of senior management.
To work in close partnership with the office care coordinator to maintain an accurate updated system, People Planner, to ensure rotas are correct and shifts fully staffed where planned absence has been agreed
To respond to all communications regarding shift queries from Managers and staff.
Working in close partnership with the office care coordinator facilitate approval for utilising and securing agency staff where required.
