About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and caring Care Supervisor to join our friendly home care team. This is a senior role where you'll support both our clients and care staff, helping to maintain high standards of care in the community.

You'll also take part in an on-call rota, providing support outside of office hours to ensure our services continue to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes Supporting, mentoring, and supervising care staff Completing spot checks, observations, and supervisions Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and reviews Supporting on-call duties on a rota basis Ensuring CQC standards and company policies are followed

Essential Requirements

Must be a driver with access to a vehicle

Right to work in the UK

Previous experience in domiciliary care (senior role preferred)

Confident supervising and supporting staff

Strong communication and organisational skills

Caring, professional, and reliable

Qualifications

NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role.
