McCarthy Stone is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Edward Place, in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. All your clients are in one place - no travelling required!

Hourly rates: 16.78 per hour for day shifts and 13.03 per hour for

sleeping

night shifts. Plus earn an extra 1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Hours: To work 33 hours a week - A mix of day shifts and night shifts that will include some weekend working.

Role Highlights:

As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. You Must have a Level 2 in Health and Social Care to be considered. A Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior Care role is essential You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
