Join Visiting Angels South East London as our next Full-Time Care Support Lead!

Here, we celebrate people who care. Our team knows that delivering exceptional, person-centred care isn't just a job--it's a calling. If you're passionate, driven, and ready to help shape a service that puts both clients and staff first, we want to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing?

Championing Client Care:

You'll make sure every client receives personalised, respectful support--always tailored to who they are and what matters most to them.

Mastering the Schedule:

Rotas, cover, and organisation will be your superpowers, ensuring seamless care, every shift, every day.

Ready for Anything:

You're not fazed by the unexpected. When the phone rings out-of-hours, you're the calm in the storm.

Building Relationships:

Clients are never just "cases"--you'll treat each with dignity, privacy, and respect.

Keeping People Safe:

Spotting risks, addressing concerns, and upholding the highest standards--safety is never an afterthought here.

Supporting Our 'Angels':

You'll guide, encourage, and uplift our incredible carers, making sure they always feel valued and inspired.

Staying Compliant:

You know your way around care regs and standards--and you keep us on track, always.

Being a True Advocate:

Compassion is your instinct; you always act with empathy and integrity.

Collaborating for Excellence:

You'll work hand-in-hand with our Registered Manager to keep our care top notch.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

Experience:

You've done a similar job in home care or healthcare before--and you've loved it.

Knowledge:

You're switched on when it comes to care standards, best practices, and regulations.

People Skills:

Communication and teamwork are your bread and butter--you know how to build strong, trusting relationships.

Character:

Compassion, empathy, and putting others first are second nature.

Organisation:

You thrive with a to-do list, juggle tasks with ease, and stay cool under pressure.

Used Access People Planner? That's a plus, but don't worry if not--we'll show you the ropes.
