Key Responsibilities



Support individuals with everyday tasks, promoting independence and self-care Follow and implement personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals Offer emotional support and positive encouragement in day-to-day interactions Communicate clearly and effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues to provide consistent, joined-up care Transport individuals safely to appointments and community activities as required Keep accurate, up-to-date records of care and progress Use basic IT skills to manage documentation and communication Engage in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For



Experience working with children or in a childcare environment is highly desirable A solid understanding of care plans and how to follow them effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid driving licence is preferred for transport responsibilities Confidence using basic IT applications A warm, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to support others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.44-13.00 per hour
