Pendle (supporting individuals based in Preston)
15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday (between 10:00am-3:00pm)
Pay negotiable depending on experience + mileage paid at 40p per mile

The Role

We're looking for a caring, reliable and positive individual to join our friendly team as a

Care Support Worker

.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making a real difference -- whether it's helping people take part in activities, supporting with personal care, or simply being a reassuring presence.

You'll be supporting individuals who in the local area, helping them to attend our day service and take part in daily activities. With full support and guidance provided, this is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

What You'll Do

Support individuals with daily activities and community outings Encourage independence and social inclusion Provide personal care and mobility assistance where needed Build trusted relationships with individuals and families Keep clear daily records and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For

A kind, patient and proactive attitude
Experience in care (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to complete a

DBS check

Genuine passion for helping others
