The Role

We are looking for

flexible Care Support Workers

to join our growing team across Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and support to service users in their own homes.

Your duties will include:

Supporting with

personal care

(washing, dressing, toileting, mobility). Assisting with

meal preparation

,

medication prompts

, and light household tasks. Providing

companionship and emotional support

. Following individual care plans and updating the care team on changes. Travelling between service users' homes (a car and full UK driving licence are required).

What We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and empathetic approach. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts -- evenings and weekends may be required.
