Choose Your Path: Residential Care or Supported Living

We are expanding our services in Ludlow (Residential Care) and across our Supported Living Services (SLS), creating exciting opportunities for passionate individuals who are

You can choose to apply for a role in one of these two settings:

Option 1: Residential Care (Ludlow)

Focus:

Based in our registered care homes in

Ludlow

.

Role:

Providing physical assistance and emotional reassurance , fostering a supportive, safe, and positive environment within our care homes.

Option 2: Supported Living Services (SLS)

Focus:

Expanding across our services.

Drivers with access to a vehicle are particularly welcome

due to the location of some of our services.

Role:

Instrumental in supporting individuals to achieve their goals,

both at home and in the community

, helping people gain choice, control, and independence.

What You'll Do & Your Impact



As a Care/Support Worker, you will be the cornerstone of support, providing both physical assistance and emotional reassurance. You will work building trust and respecting everyone, exploring needs rather than assuming.

Key responsibilities include:



Empowering Independence & Daily Living Skills:

Assisting with daily living activities, from household tasks to shopping and socialising.

Personal Care & Wellbeing:

Supporting daily routines with

dignity and privacy

, implementing individualized care plans , and helping individuals maintain their health and stay well, including medication needs and health appointments.

Community & Fun:

Facilitating access to leisure, social activities, outings, and appointments.

Team Collaboration:

Working alongside a dedicated care team and communicating effectively with the people we support, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Documentation:

Utilizing IT systems for essential documentation and reporting.
This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, as support is provided around the clock, 365 days a year.

What We Offer: Pay & Rewards

Competitive Pay:

23,011 per annum

for 36 hours/week (Residential Care). Competitive rates of pay for all roles.

Additional Earnings:

Sleeping-in shifts paying up to an additional 80 per night!

(SLS).

Bonus:

250 bonus

upon successful completion of your probation.

Training & Development:

Full induction, ongoing

paid training

, and opportunities to gain nationally accredited vocational qualifications (like a Diploma in Health & Social Care).

Generous

6 weeks of annual leave

entitlement (Residential Care).
