Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Neyland, Pembrokeshire. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by providing high-quality support and assistance to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support to residents in daily activities. Assist with personal care and hygiene needs. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident. Monitor and document residents' progress and well-being. Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all residents. Participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving or support work is essential. Strong understanding of assisted living and patient care principles. Knowledge of dementia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
