Job Title: Care & Support Worker - Nights Summary: Join a dedicated team providing overnight care and support to vulnerable individuals in a London residential setting. Deliver compassionate care while maintaining safety and dignity throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver person-centred care and practical support during night shifts - Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, medication and daily living tasks - Monitor wellbeing, respond promptly to emergencies and ensure a safe environment - Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required - Collaborate with colleagues, families and external healthcare professionals - Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and health and safety policies - Support emotional wellbeing and promote independence wherever possible Required Qualifications: - Experience in care and support work, ideally within a residential setting - Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality procedures - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a night team - Strong communication and observation skills - Right to work in the UK and satisfactory enhanced DBS check - Basic literacy and numeracy skills - Flexible attitude and reliable approach to shift work Nice-to-have: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Benefits: Comprehensive training and development opportunities, employee assistance programme, and paid annual leave.
