We are looking for Care Support Workers to assist adults in their own homes with day-to-day tasks, personal care, and community support. The role involves helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care in line with each service user's care plan
Support with mobility, use of aids, and personal equipment
Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and daily routines
Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and bed-making
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Accompany service users to appointments, social activities, and local outings
Keep clear and accurate written records
Follow all policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements
Report any changes in a service user's health or circumstances to the Registered Manager
Participate in induction, mandatory training, and ongoing development (provided at no cost)
Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals
Attend support plan reviews when required
Requirements
A caring and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable adults
Good communication skills
Ability to follow written care plans and work independently
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Willingness to complete all required training (training provided)

Ability to travel between visits is important
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.21-16.51 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
