Monday - Friday 6am - 16.00pm - Role will be Monday to Friday until system is intigrated and up and running, then alternative weekend will be required from September 2026 and will eventually lead to on call duites.
Qualifications and skills required:
IT and Organisation skills are essential
Business admin qualification are desired but not essential
Full Uk Drivers License
Level 3 NVQ in health and social care (or equivalent)
THC Care is a domiciliary care provider who specialise in delivering quality, person centred care to people living in the Sandwell and Dudley areas. We are currently looking for an experienced Care System Support Officer / Care Co-ordinator to input a exciting new rostering system (Birdie Care)
As a Care Coordinator / Care System Support Officer with THC care, your main responsibility will be to organise, input, and schedule staff and service suers migrating them from the old system to the new system, you will work closely with the new Birdie System implementation team, having regular meetings and hitting targets
Participate in the Maintenance of the Agency's Management information Systems.
Systematically solve day to day problematical issue which arise.
Create and uphold an open, Positive and inclusive Management Culture
Ensure that the care services are delivered to service users at the correct time and duration specified in the relevant individual agreements.
Manage travel delays and staff shortages to mitigate to the fullest extent possible, the impact on the service user, Managing and minimising their distress and insecurity in such situations.
Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of Care implementation and delivery.
Ensure that the Care service is delivered in a safe and person-centred manner.
Ensure that Service User rights are protected.
Evaluate standards of Care competence.
Promote a positive image for the services provided and employment within the Agency.
