- What You'll Do

As a Community Care Team Leader, you'll have a dynamic and rewarding role:

Supportive Backbone

: Assist our management team in ensuring smooth operations.

Care with Compassion

: Work on rota ensuring high standard of care is delivered. Step in to cover care calls as needed.

Office Guru

: Handle basic admin tasks and support the team with Microsoft Word and basic Excel tasks.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct spot checks for carers to maintain high standards.

Assessment Expertise

: Complete initial assessments and care reviews.

Communication Pro

: Maintain excellent phone manners and liaise with healthcare professionals.

Team Player

: Support and promote an open-door policy and ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual need and staff feel supported.

Development Hub

: Lead supervisions and appraisals for carers, fostering growth.

Client-Centered

: Provide top-notch care and support to our Service users.
