35 hours per week.


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to oversee and support our care staff in delivering exceptional, person-centred care to residents living with dementia. You will play a key role in maintaining high care standards, coordinating daily operations, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and supervise a team of care assistants Ensure delivery of high-quality, dementia-focused care Support staff development through mentoring and training Liaise with families and healthcare professionals Maintain compliance with care regulations and policies

Requirements:


NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience in dementia care and team leadership Strong communication and organisational skills
