Care Team Leader - Oakwood Grange, Barnsley



42 hours per week | 8am-8pm | Every other weekend off

The Role




We are looking for an experienced care professional ready to step into or develop further within a leadership role. Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader is highly desirable, as you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


In this role, you will:




Lead and inspire the care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care Coordinate shifts, staff allocations, and daily care plans Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation Support with care assessments and regulatory compliance Contribute to a positive, uplifting environment for both residents and staff

This role offers a 42-hour working week, consistent 8am-8pm shifts, and a balanced rota with every other weekend off--providing a healthier work-life balance while still supporting the needs of the home.
