Care Team Leader Overview: Our Care Team Leaders provide direction, leadership, and hands-on support to our carers, ensuring that residents receive personalised care that meets their needs. They model the behaviours and values we hold in high regard, making sure our residents receive the best possible care.
As a leader, you will manage a small team of staff, ensuring that they follow the best practices. You will conduct regular one-on-ones and appraisals to help support and develop their career path.
Your role is essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our new residents and their loved ones. You will create initial personalised care plans, administer medication, undertake daily observations of all residents, identify changes in needs, and take appropriate action where necessary. It's important to ensure that all records are up-to-date, and care plans reflect each resident's needs continuously.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Scarbrough Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 58 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
