Littlefair Care home is an independent, private family run Care home in the heart of East Grinstead.

We support and encourage our residents to maintain their independence. Ensuring they feel happy, comfortable and relaxed at Littlefair and that they truly consider it their home.

We have an amazing team of Care Assistants some who have been with us decades and we are now looking to welcome a Team Leader to supervise our team of excellent carers to Littlefair.

Our Care Assistants and Team Leaders are:

Kind and caring Patient and considerate Reliable and Hardworking
You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or 3, have experience of supervising care assistants, can dispense medication and can demonstrate the right standards and care we expect.

Shifts available: Rota system

Hours of shifts: 1415 - 2115 , 0715 - 1415

Job Type: Full-time or part time

NVQ Level 2 or 3 is required

Salary to be confirmed subject to age and experience.

Any job offer will be subject to two written references and a DBS check.

Candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references.
