Westbourne Care Home requires a dedicated Team Leader, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and have managerial experience, knowledge of CQC requirements is an advantage. Westbourne care home is a small home registered for 27 residents, the home is not part of a large organisation thus a family feel can be felt. The role would include one supernuamary day and three day on the floor to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. Must have experience in electronic care planning. Able to supervise staff and run a team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ 2,
