Summary



We are seeking a Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Little Sisters Of The Poor in Oval. This pivotal role involves overseeing the care provided to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of support while embodying our values of compassion and respect.

Rate of pay : 15.27, 38.75 per week, including some weekends

Responsibilities



Lead and performance manage our care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Foster a compassionate environment that promotes dignity and respect for all residents. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for residents. Train, coach and mentor staff, promoting professional development within the team. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making adjustments as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications NVQ Level 3 minimum or above, management training beneficial

Proven experience in senior care or a similar role within a care home setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff. Knowledge of developing care plans tailored to individual needs. A compassionate approach towards elderly care is essential. Valid enhanced DBS required for this role, (or application can be completed on company's account if required)
