In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real difference every night, ensuring our residents receive person?centred, safe, and compassionate care. You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager and lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver the best possible outcomes for every resident.
About Maple Tree Court
Maple Tree Court is a beautiful, purpose?built care home located in Stoke?on?Trent. It offers a warm, welcoming environment for older people, including those living with dementia. At Maple Tree Court, we focus on providing compassionate, person?centred care that allows our residents to live life to the full. Our team takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable space where every individual feels valued and supported.
What you'll do:
Lead and manage night shifts, making sure every resident's care needs are met and staff are effectively supported.
Oversee safe medication practices, ensuring ordering, administration, recording, and returns are managed in line with policies.
Maintain accurate and up?to?date care plans, conducting regular reviews and making sure staff are fully informed.
Support staff through training, induction, and ongoing supervision.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and legislation.
Work hands?on as part of the team, supporting care delivery and making sure residents' needs are met throughout the night.
