About Marsh Farm Manor




Marsh Farm Manor is a warm and welcoming Anchor care home, known for its friendly atmosphere, dedicated team and commitment to person-centred care. The home supports residents with a range of needs and prides itself on creating a calm, reassuring environment, especially during the night. Colleagues work closely together to ensure residents feel safe, supported and cared for around the clock.


The Role




As a Night Care Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of the home overnight, working closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain high standards of care and safety.


Your role will include:




Leading and supporting the night care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care Overseeing shifts, allocating duties and supporting colleagues on duty Administering and managing medication in line with policies and procedures Completing care assessments, documentation and night-time checks Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory standards are consistently met Acting as a calm, confident point of contact for residents and colleagues overnight
