As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping the gold-standard experience our residents enjoy. Working hand-in-hand with our Deputy Manager, you'll lead from the front -- guiding your team, coordinating shifts, supporting care plans, administering medication, and ensuring every day is filled with comfort, dignity, and smiles. Your leadership and heart will help create a safe, uplifting environment where residents feel supported and valued.

At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
