We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Care Coordinator or Care Team Leader to take a leading role in supporting and guiding a committed care team during day shifts at our beautiful home in Evesham.

Your Role, Your Impact

At Cavendish Park Care Home, you'll be a central figure in delivering exceptional, person-led nursing careworking alongside a supportive and compassionate team.


You'll collaborate with residents, their families, carers, and health professionals to ensure every individual feels valued, safe, and respected. Creating a homely environment with consistently high standards of care will be at the heart of everything you do.


Bringing a mix of clinical knowledge and people leadership, you'll guide your team with empathy and encouragementsupporting them to achieve their best and helping the home to thrive. Your experience in care planning and risk assessment will ensure that care delivery is not only effective but truly personalised.


Confidence in medication management is essentialso a strong understanding of NMC guidelines, along with sound theoretical and practical skills in administering medication, will be key. Ideally, you'll already hold (or be studying towards) an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.


You're naturally organised, with an eagle eye for detail, and you take pride in ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
